Account Info: Name, email, and password (hashed and salted).
Amazon Data: Through Amazon's SP-API and Advertising API with your authorization: orders, inventory, listings, advertising campaign data, and FBA fees. Our PPC Optimizer feature may make changes to your advertising campaigns (bid adjustments, keyword additions, negative keywords) only when you explicitly review and approve each change.
Payments: Processed by Stripe. We never store credit card details.
To provide profit analytics and inventory management; generate action items and recommendations; optimize your advertising campaigns with your approval; process subscription payments; improve our product.
We never sell, rent, or share your Amazon business data. Your financial data, sales data, and product information are strictly confidential. We do not use your data to compete with you.
All data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. Session tokens cryptographically hashed. Database access restricted and monitored.
Data retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all data — including orders, inventory snapshots, advertising data, AI analyses, and personal information — is permanently removed from our database immediately. No backups containing your data are retained beyond 30 days.
Access your data anytime; update personal info; delete your account and all associated data via Settings; revoke Amazon API access anytime via Seller Central; request data export by contacting support.
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
